Description of Project:

Sewer Seperation and Complete Reconstruction of Queen Street between Devine Street and the end south of Confederation Street.

Includes:

  • Supply and install Temporary watermain and maintain existing sewer flows
  • Supply and install 80 metres of 675 mm dia. Storm Sewer
  • Supply and install 70 metres of 525 mm dia. Storm Sewer
  • Supply and install 245 metres of 375 mm dia. Storm Sewer
  • Supply and install 427 metres of 375 mm dia. Sanitary Sewer
  • Supply and install 12 precast manholes
  • Supply and install 143 metres of 150 mm dia. Watermain
  • Supply and install 246 metres of 200 mm dia. Watermain
  • Road Excavation and supply and install 6000 tonnes of granular road base and 900 tonnes of hot mix asphalt
  • Supply and install 850 metres of curb and gutter and 1500 square metres of concrete flatwork.

Proponent Conditions:

All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:

 

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent

 

Required Bonding as per specifications

 

The terms associated with this Procurement, may provide the opportunity for additional Public Funding Organizations (PFO) to participate after the award of the activity.

This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements.
