The Corporation of the City of Sarnia 255 Christina St. North Sarnia, Ontario N7T 7N2 Description of Project: · Supply Propane to: § Clearwater Community Centre, 1400 Wellington Street § Sarnia Arena, 134 Brock Street South § Public Works, 651 Devine Street § Public Works Telfer Site, 2100 Confederation Street § Water Pollution Control Centre, 333 St. Andrews Street § Progressive Auto Sales Arena 1455 London Road · Storage unit for Clearwater Community Centre Contract Term: 4 year term with 2 year extension option Proponent Conditions: All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:
· Certificate of Liability Insurance · WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent · WSIB CAD7 Report or equivalent · Required Industry Trade Certificates The terms associated with this Procurement, may provide the opportunity for additional Public Funding Organizations (PFO) to participate after the award of the activity. This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements. |
