Description of Project:

Development of park master plan, including the following key outcomes:

  • Community Consultation Plan
  • Address operational and programming challenges
  • Considerations for the overall site, facility management and project planning
  • Investment Plan to address the community's continued recreation and sporting needs

Proponent Conditions:

All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent
     

Negotiations maybe considered as part of the Procurement as outlined in the document details.

This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements.
