Description: 

Description of Project:

  • A new heavy-duty asphalted truck road along the south and west side of the WWTP's current and future expansion aeration/clarifier tanks
  • Reshaping the existing berm to make space for the new truck road
  • Removal of lead-impacted soil to a sanitary landfill.
  • Excavation of a new SWMF basin
  • Installation of new storm sewers.
  • Installation of a prefabricated stormwater pumping station and forcemain into the WWTP’s clarifier
  • Installation of an SS plate control weir within an existing MH.
  • Demolition of 2 wood construction sheds and partial demolition of 3 concrete containment structures
  • WWTP roadway lighting upgrades
  • Slide gate upgrade at the main entrance and a new slide gate for the new truck road.
  • General topsoil re-grading to improve site usability and safety

All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent
