The Corporation of the City of Sarnia 255 Christina St. North Sarnia, Ontario N7T 7N2 Description of Project: The City of Sarnia would like to develop a food and organic waste program in compliance with the provincial policy statement. The City is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive implementation plan that can be followed to successfully implement this new program. The plan should address both collection and processing.
