Description of Project:

  • As required tree maintenance services within City parks, boulevards and other City-owned lands

The City of Sarnia anticipates selecting up to five (5) Respondents for inclusion on the Qualified Supplier Roster

Contract Term: 3 year term

Proponent Conditions:

All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent
  • Other licenses and applicable credentials
 

Negotiations maybe considered as part of the Procurement as outlined in the document details.

This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements.
