Description of Project:

Development of a strategic operational and capital plan for the Sarnia Harbour, including the following goals:

• Implement a clear plan to build a sustainable future operation at the harbour
• Operate a safe harbour with a long-term vision
• Build value and gain return from the asset to find its future needs
• Institute appropriate governance, controls and financial reporting systems, and to attract business and tourism connections
   

Proponent Conditions:

All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:

• Certificate of Liability Insurance
• WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent
   

Negotiations maybe considered as part of the Procurement as outlined in the document details.

This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements.
