Description of Project: New Maintenance Storage facility (proposed dimensions of the building 50x80, 4000 sqft), Proposed number of offices, and occupancy number as outlined in the EDS (Engineering Design Scope), scope to include what was identified in the EDS as building code issues with the current layout, proposed floor plans, etc. The successful proponent will be responsible for the detailed design, tender development which includes: issued for tender drawings, issued for construction drawings, and as-built drawings, of the proposed building renovations and new maintenance storage facility. Later the successful proponent will be responsible for the complete contract administration for the tendered construction.
