Description of Project:

• PASA Gender Neutral Dressing Rooms

1. Renovation of the existing OHL dressing room and offices into two (2) gender neutral and barrier free accessible dressing rooms and an OHL visitor dressing room per the plans.

2. Remove existing masonry walls, existing concrete floor slabs, existing interior HM doors and frames, existing fixtures, existing millwork, existing ceilings, etc. as outlined on the demolition drawings.

3. Provide required abatement if designated substances are outlined in the provided report.

4. Provide new concrete floor slabs and footings for structural and plumbing work, per the drawings.

5. Provide new masonry walls with details per the drawings.

6. Provide new Doors and Frames per drawings and schedules.

7. Provide new Hardware as part of Hardware Allowance.

8. Provide new millwork, benches, shelves, lavatory counters, etc. per drawings.

9. Provide new washroom accessories and signage per drawings.

10. Provide new structural lintels per drawings.

11. Provide new flooring, wall, and ceiling finishes per drawings.

12. Revised mechanical per mechanical drawings.

13. Provide controls scope per mechanical drawings. (See named trades and suppliers.)

14. Revised plumbing per plumbing drawings.

15. Revised electrical per electrical drawings 
 

Construction Start:               June 17, 2024

Ready for Takeover Date:    October 11, 2024
 

Proponent Conditions:

All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:

• Certificate of Liability Insurance
• WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent

Negotiations maybe considered as part of the Procurement as outlined in the document details.

This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements.
