Description of Project:

Requesting proposals for a Fundraising Consultant (individual or organization) to develop a capital fundraising campaign and strategy for a proposed 7000 sq./ft. expansion of the Bright’s Grove Library, as well as the communication materials required to initiate a successful campaign.

Deliverables expected to include:

• Development of supporting policies and procedures
• Development of fundraising campaign materials
• Guidance and support on identifying and communicating with campaign donors
• Planning and coordination of meetings

Proponent Conditions:

All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:

• Certificate of General Liability Insurance
• Certificate of Professional Liability Insurance
• WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent
   

The terms associated with this Procurement, may provide the opportunity for additional Public Funding Organizations (PFO) to participate after the award of the activity.

Negotiations maybe considered as part of the Procurement as outlined in the document details.

This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements.
