Description of Project:

400 linear metres of sewer separation and total reconstruction including storm and sanitary sewer, new watermain, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter and new asphalt paving.

Construction Start: April 22, 2025

Construction Completion: August 15, 2025

Proponent Conditions:

All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent
