Description of Project:

  • Creation of a fish habitat, which functions as habitat offsetting for other in water works
  • Supply of approximately:
    • 490 cubic metres gravel and cobble shoals
    • 120 cubic metres of rock armour wall
    • Supply and installation of 300 submergent vegetated plugs
  • Required silt fencing, turbidity curtains and filtration socks

 

Proponent Conditions:

All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:


 

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Environmental Impairment Liability Certificate
  • WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent
 

The terms associated with this Procurement, may provide the opportunity for additional Public Funding Organizations (PFO) to participate after the award of the activity.

Negotiations maybe considered as part of the Procurement as outlined in the document details.

This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements.
