The Corporation of the City of Sarnia 255 Christina St. North Sarnia, Ontario N7T 7N2 Description of Project: · Includes combined sewer separation · Supply and install temporary watermain · Supply and install approximately 750 m of 600 mm to 300 mm diameter storm and sanitary sewer · Supply and install approximately 380 m of 150 mm diameter watermain · Supply and install approximately 5,000 tonnes of Granular “BII” · Supply and install approximately 2,000 tonnes of Granular “A” · Supply and install approximately 1,100 tonnes of asphalt paving · Supply and install approximately 780 m of concrete curb and gutter, · Supply and install approximately 1,100 sq. m of concrete sidewalk Proponent Conditions: All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:
· Certificate of Liability Insurance · WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent · WSIB CAD7 Report or equivalent · Bid Securities and Bonding This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements. |
