Description of Project: · Integrity Commission services as per the current Ontario legislation · Actual hours required is unknown due to the nature of the services required Award: The award for each participating municipality shall be considered separate as each is required to award within its own bylaws and policies. Contract Term: Four (4) year agreement Proponent Conditions: All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to:
· Certificate of Liability Insurance · WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent The terms associated with this Procurement, may provide the opportunity for additional Public Funding Organizations (PFO) to participate after the award of the activity. This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements. |
