Description of Project: · Demolish existing services as indicated. · Relocate and modify piping for electric heating boiler and boiler pump. · Provide 2 rooftop air handlers including structural reinforcement, roofing, curbs. · Structural design is delegated to Contractor. Contractor to retain professional engineering. · Provide fans including return fan, exhaust fan. · Provide ductwork including diffusers. · Provide electrical services as required. · Provide building automation services including expansion of existing, modification of graphics, sequences, programming, trending. · Perform air and hydronic testing and balancing. Contract Term: Project and Warranty Maintenance period Proponent Conditions: All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to: · Certificate of Liability Insurance · WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent · WSIB CAD7 Report or equivalent · Required Industry Trade Certificates |
